Casa Santanera is working against the commercial orientation of the mainstream Tequila industry, where the art ofproducing Tequila has been replaced by chemistry. From producing packaging and labels from recycled Agave fibres, to creating single terroir certified organic Tequila, Casa Santanera is working to increase sustainability practices while being renowned for the
highest quality Tequila on the market.

Named after the traditional stone mill used to produce Tequila, Santanera Tahona uses only Agave crushed by a wheel carved from a volcanic Tahona stone.

This ancestral method imparts aromas and flavours into the final spirit, with crisp flinty notes on the pallet. Silky and smooth, this platinum clear spirit is fresh and vibrant, and showcases the exceptional quality Agave and wild yeast used to produce this incredible Tequila.
