San Miguel is made from espadin and arroqueno agave grown above 1,800m in the the Sola de Vega region of Oaxaca. Roasted in underground ovens, crushed with a tahona, fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in traditional clay pot stills. This a rare and collectable agave spirit.
