The Tar & Roses range encompasses pinot grigio through to the complex and tannic nebbiolo (from which Tar & Roses takes its name). The recently introduced chardonnay and pinot noir from Mornington Peninsula adds cool climate varietals to their repertoire. Narelle King continues to build the legacy of Tar & Roses with meticulous care of each varietal, exploring new expressions of the Mediterranean and beyond with a new barolo collaboration landing in 2023.

Nebbiolo joins sangiovese in the '24 release and it's a happy partnership, with the former bringing additional enticing florals to the summery mix. Inviting pink-salmon hues. Dusty rose, musk, anise and red cherry liven up the aroma and bring some energy to the palate, backed by lively acidity before finishing with a touch of confection. A light texture opens up the opportunity for food matching.
