The whites from Rall Wines are made from grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Verdelho, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne, among others. They are fermented naturally and aged in a combination of old oak and concrete, resulting in wines of great complexity, elegance, and freshness. Shapely, bright and clear-cut flavours of apple, lemongrass and jasmine, with notes of plum skin and white peaches. A gorgeous, refined white blend imbued with freshness, complexity and extraordinary length of flavour. Beautiful.
