Surprisingly spicy and clearly a lot of "Old Bottle Flavor". Some pepper and parsley tingle in the nose when you start. It's even a bit dirty, somewhere between a workshop and an old closet.

Complex and a lot to chew on. First of all, a surprisingly spicy start on the tongue. Oak and age show up beautifully with pepper and a pleasant mustiness.
