A sophisticated sipping spirit from Maison Ferrand, released to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Plantation rum. Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel uses a process of double aging that utilizes varying levels of humidity and wood essence to shape the flavour profile. A hand selected blend of the company’s oldest, and most stunning Barbados rums. Plantation XO is delicately sweet and chewy, with elements of cocoa and candied orange.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Bronze

Nose: The stunning floral/ fruity opening aroma is transcendent, then releases fragrance of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate.

Palate: The delightful mango notes lend evidence to its advanced age, a result of long maturation in French oak cask.
