OPTHIMUS 25 YEAR OLD DOMINICAN RUM 38% 700ML

Opthimus 25YO rum comes from the Dominican Republic and has matured for at least 25 years in old barrels of Bourbon and then in very old port wine barrels, which gives this rum a smoothness and a nicely rounded hint of sweetness.

Tasting Notes

Color: amber.

Aroma: sweet and voluminous.

Taste: honey, chocolate, vanilla, cocoa and coffee.

Finish: long, soft with a sweet finish with a hint of honey and vanilla.
