Full Monte is the result of pristine hand picked Barossa Montepulciano fruit from Forage Supply Co. macerated in All Day Dry Gin with Wattleseed, Black Pepper & Dried Lemon Peel for 48 hours then pressed off. Whats is produced is a beautifully aromatic gin with punchy dark fruits, chocolate & spice creating a textural and warming impression.

We find Full Monte is appreciated on ice with a wedge of Orange or with Lemon along side a dry style tonic.
