Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday and has since grown to become one of Australia's leading and most awarded small wineries.

Our first release since 2015 – it's a welcome return. This seafood-loving Sauvignon Blanc enjoys a dash of Semillon from the Rising Vineyard, adding texture, complexity and mouthfeel. The result is a fine and crisp white with beautifully balanced citrus acidity and good length of gooseberry and passionfruit flavours. The perfect accompaniment to the warmer weather to come.
