Shaun Silkman is a second generation Hunter Valley winemaker, who over the last decade has built the Hunter Valley's largest and most successful contract winemaking and bottling facility.
Liz Silkman (nee Jackson) has won a multitude of awards during her time with Tempus Two and First Creek Wines, including;
- Dux of the prestigious Len Evans Tutorial in 2006
- Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year in 2011
- Finalist of the 2011 Gourmet Traveller WINE Winemaker of the Year.
- Finalist of the 2007 Wine Society Young Winemaker of the Year.

Tasting Notes

AROMA
Showing floral notes of blueberries and spice, undertones of cassis and dark cherries, this is an extremely moreish wine.

PALATE
Elegantly structured, the blend combines the rich earthy tones of Hunter Valley Shiraz with the vibrancy of Pinot Noir.
