Tasting Notes
Aroma
The nose is aromatic with notes of zest of yuzu, lemon, peach, quince, spices, crushed pear and verbena.
Palate
The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a nice juicy acid frame. A fine suavity and straightness as well as a certain finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of flat peach, citrus, quince, verbena and flowers.
Vinification
Manual harvest with several handpicking to select only perfectly botrytised grapes, musts obtained by direct pressing are cleaned out and vinified at low temperatures.
Maturation
Aging 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
