These aromas carry to the palate where they are harmonised by the delicious salinty, chalky texture and fresh acidity distinctive of its coastal site.

Vinification
70% whole bunch, fermented in a combination of puncheon and stainless steel tanks. Aged in French and Austrian oak puncheons, 15% new for 8 months.
