The gin is finished with spring water from nearby Mt. Daisen, and kept to a punchy 47% ABV, its an interesting sipper neat and will add great depth to G&Ts and cocktails.
Tasting Note
A good dose of citrus and fresh pear at the fore, continuing with crisp green apple, a waft of vegetal herbs, green tea, and prickly pepper.
