This story started in Erina, north of Sydney and literally grew from there, creating gin flavoured with botanicals sourced from some of Australia’s most impressive gardens. Garden Grown Gin captures the very essence of an Australian summer garden, using the traditional French perfumers’ technique of enfleurage to extract the delicate scents and flavours.

Created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the garden in Summer, this is the original Garden Grown Gin by Grown Spirits, produced at Distillery Botanica. Featuring the hero botanical Murraya, which for many epitomises the distinctive smell of the Australian Summer garden, this gin features the fragrance of jasmine, the sweetness of honeysuckle, and the purity of orange blossom.
