This award-winning gin, recipient of more platinum and gold medals than any other gin in the last four years, is a true example of a smoothly complex spirit. Martin Miller distillery chooses fresh, organic botanicals that are the traditional ingredients of a London Dry Gin, then blends each ingredient in copper stills, using traditional methods. First, the citrus elements are distilled, then the ‘heart’ of the spirit, building a firm juniper and coriander foundation, before blending the citrus elements into the final product. The result is smooth but allows the fresh oranges and limes to sing. The key ingredient is using Icelandic Springwater, the purest water on earth, for a silky smooth mouthfeel.
