Khao San Gin is our expression of this incredible location. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine, we have cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 carefully selected botanicals. We have bottled it at 41.2% in homage to this famous road which measures 412 metres long.

Tasting Notes: Savoury, earthy notes of red pepper, undertones of lemony citrus and aromatic hints of kaffir lime leaf. The chilli flavour packs a punch without the heat.
