Slightly cloudy pale gold, with aroma of bright spice. Sweet and floral flavour gives way to delicately spicy ginger, cardamom pod, orange blossom and black pepper. Long finish of pure ginger.
HISTORY
Ginger of the Indies is made in France by a fifth generation family established 1885. Traditional maceration using crushed Asian ginger roots and 100% pure French sugar beet. Finished with a touch of vanilla and orange blossom. No preservatives added.
