TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
A pale pink colour with coppery reflections typical of the “onion-skin” hue.
AROMA
On the nose it offers delicate aromas of small red fruits, citrus such as mandarin, marine notes and aromatic herbs.
PALATE
On the palate it is fresh, savoury and elegant, with a fine, harmonious texture and a pleasant mineral finish.
REGION NOTES
Soil is dark brown in colour, volcanic in origin, well-drained almost sandy in some parts. Neutral pH, not calcareous, mostly very rich in iron and nitrogen.
VINIFICATION
In concrete tanks, without maceration, after a slow hydraulic pressing.
MATURATION
With its natural fine lees for 8 months and then in bottle.
