Within the Giraud family, the first son of each generation is called Paul and continue the tradition with an immense know-how passed on from father to son.
Paul Giraud vineyard is in located in Grande Champagne; harvest is still done manually in some parts (ony 1% or 2% does as such in the Cognac region).
