EYE: pale gold colour.
NOSE: apple pie and organge flower at first, with hints of toffee emerging at it opens (allow 5 to 1 minutes)
PALATE: a fresh, lively attack with caramel and liquorice flavours, blossoming into roasted fruits and spices.
End of mouth: a superbly smooth finish.
