The name of Albariza comes from the typical white soil used for growing grapes in the production of sherry in the Andalucia region of Southern Spain. Bottled at natural colour and non-chill filter, it is originally matured in American oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximinez Sherry Cask. The whisky is part of the small production of the peated range of BenRiach. So, it will not last long.
