A gin that epitomises the sparkling glamour of Australia's most beautiful coastal city. Full of celebration and ambition, Sydney is effervescent. With this in mind, juniper and a series of spices have been employed to build up a solid base spirit, which was then infused with native lemon myrtle, orange rind and lime peel to give it a zesty 'Sydney zing'. Where possible, botanicals are locally sourced.
