Personalised Wolf & Woman Chenin Blanc 13.3% 700ml

A meticulously crafted blend sourced from four distinct bush vine and dryland-farmed vineyards, established between 1968 and 1981. Comprising 70% decomposed granite soil and 30% iron-rich clay soils, this wine offers electric acidity, textural complexity, minerality, and white fruit aromas from the granite, while the iron soils impart opulence.

Each vineyard is harvested separately at varying ripeness levels to ensure a multi-layered final product. Handpicked grapes undergo cold storage for 24 hours before whole bunch pressing. The juice is settled for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks without enzymes, then racked off thick lees to mature in 500L and 300L old oak barrels. Natural and malolactic fermentation occur, followed by 10 months on primary lees before blending and bottling.
