Subtle aromas of citrus and jasmin.

The palate is refreshing, lean, mineral and flinty. This wine is non wooded and it shows the full expression of what a Chardonnay should be.

Long ageing potential and the perfect companion for oysters.
Vintage notes
The 2024–2025 season delivered our largest harvest since 2018, following several years of lower yields. A mild spring and early budburst set the pace, followed by consistently warm and dry conditions from January through to March which supported ideal ripening, resulting in excellent fruit concentration, balance, and flavour. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were particular highlights. This vintage is a standout with exceptional quality across all varietals.
Vinification
De-juiced with only slight pressure prior to cold-settling overnight. Racked into a stainless steel tank for inoculated ferment, controlled at 18-20˚C. Kept on ferment lees for 5 months to fill palate structure, then cold stabilised before filtration.
