The Walgalu Country Chardonnay hails from the cool climes of the Tumbarumba region in southern NSW, a long way from Paul 'Pauly' Vandenbergh's home of coastal South Australia.

It's a tightly wound but powerful style of Chardonnay, built in a medium-term cellaring style if you wish. It's slight sea-spray and flinty core on minerality make it the perfect match to a healthy serving of fresh seafood that no doubt Paul's ancestors would have enjoyed.
