The bottle was beautifully personalised and reflected what the “sample” photo showed when I placed the order. When my order was ready to be collected, the owner called me and stated they had run out of the jackets, so gave me two options, one of a refund for the portion for the jacket, one of which retailed as more expensive option which he stated he would provide for free as it was their fault the jacket was unavailable. I appreciated being offered both options and felt he truly cared about the customer experience, more than the $ which has made me want to purchase from the Wine Providor again in the future.
