Basket pressed using whole bunches, just as if we were making a white wine, to avoid too much colour extraction. We allowed a native fermentation in a cool fermentation tank, followed with maturation on lees that were stirred for 5 months.

Yangarra Estate is a biodynamic wine farm in the McLaren Vale region in South Australia. The Yangarra philosophy centres around producing wines solely from its single-vineyard estate and the property is devoted to the best grape varieties of the southern Rhone.
