PALATE
This Pinot Gris shows crisp nashi pear, white peach and citrus laced with tantalising texture and spice finishing with invigorating minerality.
VINIFICATION
Treated oxidatively and pressed at 570L/T, this wine was crafted using only the free run juice with very light pressings to add depth, flavour and texture to achieve a true Gris style. The juices were cold settled and racked to stainless steel and fermented cool through to dryness.
