ARMORIK CLASSIC MALT 46% 700ML

A very intriguing whisky indeed! This is a French single malt, produced in the Warengham distillery in Brittany. Brittany, like the whisky producing nations of Scotland and Ireland, has a strong Celtic heritage.

This distillery is better known for producing liqueurs and fruit-based eau-de-vie, which they have been doing since 1900. That said, this is a fine single malt whisky, created in two copper pot stills, and bearing a classic malty profile.

Like wine, this whisky is matured in a cellar, in ex-bourbon casks that produce a tremendous depth of flavour.

Whisky-drinkers will be thankful that Armorik Classic is non-chill-filtered, allowing the flavours of this interesting world whisky to sing out on the palate.
