A generously aged single malt from an undisclosed Highland distillery joins the Darkness collection. This peated whisky matured for a total of 20 years, including a finish in one of the Darkness team's custom-made oloroso sherry octave casks.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Salty sea breeze and earthy peat smoke lead the way, backed by charred oak, toasted vanilla and coconut, and fragrant woody spice.

Palate: Coal and ash join meaty notes of beer sticks and salt and pepper crisps while charred herbs and brown butter nestle beneath.

Finish: Roasted coffee grounds, dried mint, smoked salami, salted caramel.
