Hailing from the Craigellachie distillery, this tremendous 10-year-old single malt spent time in both oloroso and PX sherry casks before it was bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

This batch coincides with the release of the End of the World series, and so, as if the giant worm wasn't scary enough, the four white horses that appear on the label of these Boutique-y Craigellachie releases are being ridden by four ants of the apocalypse for this edition.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark stewed berries and raisins join dark cherries and prunes, with roasted nuts, cocoa, and vanilla fudge.

Palate: Heaps of dried fruits, with dates, cherries, figs, and chocolate raisins, backed by waves of nutty praline.

Finish: Woody spices join for the finish, with dense sherried oak and dark, nutty toffee
