Terralta, another amazing brand produced by Felipe Camarena! The name itself meaning ‘high land’ and the red iron oxide rich soil in Los Altos acts as a filter, and through that adds to the flavor profile as only well water is used in its production at the famous distillery: El Pandillo.

Aromas of maple, leather, mild smoke, fruit and spice and a minuscule hint of vanilla. Very little heat on first taste, and no more than with the reposado or anejo, and has a nice balance of caramel, oak, spice, light chocolate, mild cinnamon, smooth with some buttery note.
