TASTE
Lush flavours of apple and nashi pear with a dry, clean & concise palate. Generous weight and texture finishing with lovely refreshing acidity and mineral. ENJOY Grilled Salmon in burnt butter sauce or Oven Roasted chicken.

Drink now or over the next 1-2 years. 

WINEMAKING 
The single vineyard parcels were harvested throughout February 2022. Upon receival, they were crushed and destemmed, then gently pressed, clarified and fermented. Once fermentation was completed, sulphured and centrifuged clean, the blend was combined, then fined, stabilised and filtered ready for bottling.
