Jacob Stein, Chief Winemaker, Director and third generation Stein, is highly regarded as one of NSW wines stars, winning the 'Gourmet Traveller - Young Winemaker of the Year' (2012) as well as \"Mudgee - Winemaker of the year\" (2017-2024). The wines are produced from the family-owned 15 hectares using sustainable practices and the 600 acre farm also includes free-range pigs, cattle, sheep and cropping. The winery on site is organic certified, producing a selection of preservative-free and organic wines.
