The rain eased throughout Spring which allowed our vineyard to produce excellent fruit. Summer showers led to a tricky harvest, however our elevation \u0026amp; vineyard slope allowed the rain to drain out of the vineyard, \u0026amp; our cover crop soaked up the excess water. The fruit was handpicked \u0026amp; whole bunch pressed, then fermented cool in a stainless-steel tank using an inoculated yeast.
