Vintage Notes: The 2008 vintage in Tasmania was cool and mild, resulting in moderate to high yields with low disease pressure and great natural acid retention. The cool season provided a long growing season which produced exceptionally high-quality sparkling base wine.

Tasting Notes: The fruit was hand-picked from the close-planted A Block, whole-bunch pressed, partial mlf while still in tank, spent over 10 years on tirage, disgorged Dec '19. While still a blanc de blancs, this is much more complex than its siblings, with lemon curd, brioche and white peach flavours.
