The open nature of our lyre trellis\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"\u003eeffectively eliminates greener characters and allows harvesting at optimal flavour\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"\u003eripeness at a lower Baumé. Minimal fining with bentonite was carried out before filtration and\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"\u003ebottling. Our lyre trellis and the Wilyabrup locality allows expression of riper characters\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"\u003esuch as fresh passionfruit and English gooseberry along with the typical varietal\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"\u003eherbaceous, grassy nuances.
