Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Kilchoman's 100% Islay is so-called as all the production takes place on the island. The barley is grown on the estate farm and malted on-site, and bottling also takes place at the distillery.

The sixth edition, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2016 is a marriage of first-fill and refill ex-Bourbon barrels.

Lightly peated, fresh and light with citrus notes.

NOSE

Citrus, crisp apples with a tobacco and wood-fire smoke.

PALATE

Honey and milk chocolate, a fresh herbal edge gives way as peat smoke lightly dances across the palate.

FINISH

A long and mouth-coating finish, white pepper, peat smoke and lasting sweetness.
