At Benromach, small batches of whisky have been produced using the finest malted barley, dried using peat smoke. This produces a malted barley with a phenol level of 67ppm, distilled into Benromach Peat Smoke and matured in 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels. The resultant, a Single Malt that is seriously smoky yet retains the elegance and fruitiness, a signature of Benromach malts.
