Fruit from the 'new block' at Moores Hill and our sister vineyard at Swan Bay on the banks of the Tamar River. Hand picked, partially fermented in old oak (1/3) for added texture, partial stainless steel.

Expert Review:
Curly Haslam-Coates- 92 points, Apples, pear, ginger peach blossom and a hint of iris on the finish; this is a sneaky one indeed. Initially, this seems purely flighty and fun but there is some real depth behind all the cheeky freshness and easy-drinking nature. This can definitely step up and hold its own amongst some flavoursome dishes. Fire up the grill and cook a whole fish or delve into some Asian fusion dishes to really see the wine at its finest.

Overall, their aim is to produce wines with generous varietal character, perfect ripeness, elegant structure and natural balance. These wines are being produced in their state of the art - first Australian off the grid winery!
