TASTING NOTES

PALATE
Delicately flavoured, bright and crisp.

FOOD MATCHING
Perfectly matched to Australia’s finest, fresh seafood.

VINIFICATION
The fruit was crushed and pressed in the cool of the night to retain natural acidity and fresh aromatics. Fermented with a neutral yeast and bottled in early April to retain bright acidity and freshness.

CELLARING POTENTIAL
An excellent current vintage Semillon whilst still rewarding those who cellar.
